For the Feta Dressing
MFP Recipe:

– 40 grams of Feta Cheese
– 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
– Black Pepper
– Salt to taste, if required

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender till it emulsifies and forms a rich creamy mayo like texture.
2. Add water to thin or serve/use as is.
3. Makes 2 servings

For the Squid/Calamari Salad
MFP Recipe:

– 100 Grams Calamari cut like noodles
– 1 Tsp Butter
– 1 Tsp Olive Oil
– 3 Cloves Garlic
– 1 Tbsp Pesto
– 10 Grams Parmesan Cheese
– 40 Grams Chorizo Sausage
– 50 Grams Mixed Lettuce
– 1 Serving of Feta Mayo

1. Heat Olive oil and butter in a pan.
2. Add the garlic and cook
3. Once the garlic starts to brown throw in the squid and stir fry
4. Add a spoon of pesto and mix well
5. Add some fresh parmsean on top
6. Fry the chorizo on the side
7. Mix the lettuce, chorizo and dressing together
8. Put the calamari on top and garnish with parmesan and fried chorizo
9. Serve
