Low Carb Three Meat Chili

In this video

1 lb ground beef
1 lb cubed pork (or sausage)
1 lb round steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 1/2 cups strained tomatoes (lowest carb count possible)
2 cups beef bone broth
4 ounces butter
1 cup water
2 tablespoons dried minced onion (or 1/2 cup fresh chopped)
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp salt
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder

Brown meats. Add onion and spices. Add tomatoes, bone broth butter and water. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
Enjoy with cheese and sour cream!
