2/3 cup of Psyllium Husk (60g / 2.1oz);
1/4 cup Chia Seeds (40g / 1.4oz)
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds (40g / 1.4oz)
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds / Hemp Hearts (40g / 1.4oz)
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seed Flour (15g / 0.53oz)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder (5g/0.18oz);
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (45g / 1.59oz)
1 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites (300g/300ml/10.58oz)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (120ml/120g/4.23oz)

Macronutrients for ENTIRE loaf:
1300 calories,
93g fat,
6g net carbs (51g carbs – 45g fiber)
72g protein.

Macronutrients for PER SLICE (assuming 12 slice):
108 calories,
8g fat,
0.5g net carbs (4.25g carbs – 3.75g fiber)
6g protein
