1.1kg Ground Meat (2.5lb /38.8oz)
1 medium Onion
1 Bell Pepper (or 2 small Bell Peppers)
1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 ½ Tablespoons Ground Cumin
29 Oz can of Diced Tomatoes (791ml)
18.2 Oz can of Black Bean (540ml
900g diced Pumpkin (32 oz)
1 cup Broth (240ml)
Pink Himalayan Salt to taste (or any other salt)

Macros for entire dish:
Calories: 2,968 cal
Fat: 156g
Net Carbs: 154g (182g – 28g fiber)
Protein: 230g

Macros per serving (assuming 10 servings):
Calories: 297 cal
Fat: 16g
Net Carbs: 15g (18g – 3g fiber)
Protein: 23g
