These Keto Buns are great in that you can make them any size you want (which helps with portion control). You can make them small (like I do) and use them as slider buns (keto slider buns) or low carb mini buns for any savory topping. You can even eat them on their own as these Low Carb Buns are packed full of flavor and goodness. Seriously, they are incredible!

Best of all, these Keto rolls can be made from start to finish in under 25mins. These Low Carb Rolls are also customizable in taste, as you can choose which spices you would like to add to them. It’s almost impossible not to fall in love with these Keto buns.

I bake these Low Carb Keto Buns in muffin trays so they do come out looking like keto muffins. And yes, I absolutely recommend eating them as keto savory muffins. You could call it an Almond Flour bun but I don’t feel like that name does these Low Carb Keto Buns justice…they are so much more!

1/3 cup Almond Flour (32g / 1.1oz)
1/4 cup Flax Seeds (42G / 1.5oz)
3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese (15g / 0.5oz)
1 teaspoon baking powder (4g / 0.15oz)
1 teaspoon of paprika (2.5g / 0.09oz)
1 teaspoon of Italiano mixed spices (2.5g / 0.09oz)
4 Tablespoons BUTTER (57g / 2oz)
2 Large Eggs
½ teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
