I’m not sure how much I need to say about these low carb chocolate donuts? You get to eat healthy low carb donuts, that are fully of delicious chocolate goodness and that are as easy to make as can be. Do I need to go on? Well, I’m going to anyway.

These keto chocolate donuts are incredibly delicious. No more feeling sick and disgusting after eating a donut – these lchf chocolate donuts will change your life. The Ketogenic chocolate donuts are light on the inside with a delicious milk chocolate glaze on the outside. You can eat these banting chocolate donuts with the glaze when it is still ‘wet’ or leave the low carb donuts to rest a little and let the low carb glaze dry. Either way, these keto donuts taste amazing! But I bet you won’t be able to wait to eat these banting donuts.

As with almost all of my low carb recipes / keto recipes, these low carb chocolate donuts are gluten free and grain free. They are low carb, relatively high fat, so they are perfect for those on a LCHF lifestyle (and yes, you could call them lchf donuts).

Did I mention how EASY these low carb chocolate donuts are to make? Simply add in all the ingredients to make the low carb donuts in a bowl and that is your low carb donut made. Put the ketogenic donuts batter in a donut tray, in the oven and in 20 mins, you’ll have your keto donuts ready! While the low carb chocolate donuts are baking in the oven, you can get your low carb glaze / keto glaze ready. The glaze is just as easy, add a few ingredients into a bowl, tweak a little to get the right consistency and you’re done with your low carb chocolate glaze. Dip the keto donuts / lchf donuts into the low carb glaze and you’re ready to eat some amazing low carb chocolate donuts.

As you’ll see in the video, I have two options for a low carb glaze to use on your low carb chocolate donuts. Glaze 1 is good and has a lovely dark chocolate to it. For me personally, I enjoy a milk chocolate taste, so my low carb glaze for these keto donuts is just amazing. It’s a lighter colour glaze, but taste like rich low carb milk chocolate. And it hardly adds any further carbs to this low carb recipe, so it’s a win-win! You can give both keto glazes a go and you decide which one works best on your banting donut oor lchf donut. It’s up to you!

1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (5g / 0.18oz)
1/4 Cup Powdered Sweetener [Erythritol] (45g / 1.6oz)
1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence / Extract (1.25g / 0.04oz)
1 Tablespoon of Heavy/Whipping Cream (5ml / 0.18oz)
1.5 Tablespoons of Water (23ml / 0.78oz)

Low Carb Donut Glaze Option 2:
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (5g / 0.18oz)
1/4 Cup Powdered Sweetener [Erythritol] (45g / 1.6oz)
1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence / Extract (1.25g / 0.04oz)
1 Tablespoon of Heavy/Whipping Cream (5ml / 0.18oz)
1.5 Tablespoons of Water (23ml / 0.78oz)
Approximately 1 teaspoon Cream Cheese (5g / 0.18oz)
Approximately 2 Tablespoons Heavy/Whipping Cream (30ml / 1oz)

Calories: 165
Fat: 1.9g
Net Carbs: 2.6g (18.5g total carbs – 13.75g sugar alcohols – 2.1g fibre)
