Ketogenic Rhubarb Crumble

Rhubarb can be overlooked or even forgotten about at times but it is a great ketogenic ingredient being extremely low in carbohydrate and versatile too. Some also find it helpful with constipation issues which can be a common side effect of the diet, certainly this ingredient was Matthew’s ‘go to’ ingredient when he had problems in that department! As always, Mo has come up with some lovely ways to incorporate rhubarb into the diet. We hope you enjoy them.
