If you watched my full day of keto eating vlogs you would have seen the short and sweet tour of my freezer. I had some pork spare ribs in there and it was time I cooked em up. So I gave it a go today and while the end product tasted good, I made a huge botch job of the butchery of the pork and I didn’t marinate it long enough because I wanted to release this episode. So just do as I say and don’t do as I do.

Recipe makes 4 servings. It was about 1 kg of ribs.

Ingredients
– Pork Ribs
– Salt
– Vindaloo Paste

Preparation
1. Marinate the pork ribs in salt and the vindaloo paste for 24 hours
2. Pressure cook for 30 minutes or slow cook in the oven for 2 hours covered in tin foil
3. Once cooked quickly sear in the pan
4. Enjoy!
