Keto Pho Recipe – healthy recipe channel – soup recipe -tasty healthy meal ideas – what i eat -broth

This Keto Pho Recipe is pretty close to the Authentic way of making pho, with a few tweaks. Traditional pho usually uses Beef for the broth but we used smoked pork to add that variation of flavor into the soup. Pho is a great soup for health and we changed it a bit for our keto recipe viewers and friends. Keto diet is not always what i eat every day any more, but a lot of days I do eat low
carb.

Ingredients:
1 lb of smoked bone in ham or smoked ham hock
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup baby portabellas sliced
1/2 cup of bok choy or spinach sliced into strips
1/2 cup feathered red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 egg
1 stick cinnamon
1 pod star anise
6 allspice balls
5 cloves
tablespoon of ginger
3 cloves garlic
Sesame oil or hot chili oil
lime wedge
1 diced jalapeno
1 8oz chicken breast
1 large zucchini squash
