Who doesn’t love mac n cheese? Well say welcome to this Keto mac n cheese / low carb mac n cheese.! So this keto cauliflower mac n cheese is made with, yup, you guessed it, cauliflower. This keto mac and cheese has an almost identical flavour profile to your ‘normal’ macaroni and cheese. That’s the key to this low carb mac n cheese. And really, this keto cauliflower mac and cheese couldn’t be easier to make.
Did I mention that with this keto cauliflower mac n cheese, not only are you getting rid of the carb filled macaroni, but you are substituting it with nutritious keto cauliflower! This low carb cauliflower mac and cheese is perfect as a side to any meal. You could also use this low carb cauliflower mac n cheese as your whole meal. Just be wary, this keto mac n cheese is very rich so don’t go dishing up a mound full of this keto mac and cheese on your plate!
I’ll be honest (as always on my channel) – does this low carb cauliflower mac and cheese taste like regular mac n cheese? On flavour, yes! Will the cauliflower fool you into thinking your eating macaroni? No, it won’t. But does this keto mac n cheese taste like the real thing and taste amazing? YOU BET!

1/2 cup Cream (120ml/4.06oz)
2oz Cream Cheese (57g)
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder (2.5g/0.09oz)
Black Pepper to taste
Red Chilli Flakes / Pepper Flakes to taste
1.5 cups grated Cheddar Cheese (190g/6oz)
1.5 cups grated Cheddar Cheese (190g/6oz) (for the topping)
