Holiday Traditions: Low Carb Sausage Balls

We love that these favorites are back on the table! In the video I used too much cheese! Follow this recipe:

1 lb sausage or ground pork
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
1/2 plus 2 tablespoons oat FIBER
4 ounces shredded cheese

Mix well. Shape into one inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
