➞ Ingredients that I used (makes 1 serving):
30g Pork Rinds
60g Shredded Cheese
100g Red Bell Pepper – chopped
25g Jalapenos – diced
30g Green Onion – chopped

➞ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil.
2. Lay desired amount of pork rinds on your baking sheet.
3. Top with desired toppings and end with cheese.
4. Bake for 10-15mins or until cheese is melted.
