Ingredients (Full Recipe **Not what I did in Video):
4 Cups Riced Cauliflower
4 Eggs
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 to 2 Cups Mozzarelle Cheese (For Topping)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook Riced Cauliflower in a microwaveable container, cover and cook cauliflower for 10 mins. Transfer cooked cauliflower into a large bowl and add 4 eggs, 2 cups mozzarella, oregano, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix together. Separate mixture in half and place each half onto prepared baking sheets (lined with parchment paper) and shape into either a pizza crust, or rectangular shapes for breadsticks. Bake the crust (without topping) for approx. 25mins or until golden. Once baked, top with 1 to 2 cups mozzarelle cheese and put back into the oven for another 5 or so minutes (or until cheese has melted)
