Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella)
1 Cup Cauliflower Riced
25-30 Slices Pepperoni, cut into quarters (i used 25)
1/2 tsp Fennel Seed (I didn’t have any and they still taste amazing)
3/4-1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 Med Tomato, Diced

Mix all ingredients together well. Spoon mixture into prepared Donut (or mini donut) pan. Bake at 400 F for approx. 30mins.

119 Cals
8g Fat
9g Protein
1g Net Carbs (2g Total Carbs)
