Eating Low Carb 36: Cauliflower Hash Browns

➞ Ingredients (makes 12 depending on amount of cheese):

2 Cups Cooked, Chopped Cauliflower
1 Cup Shredded Cheese (**I used 2 Cups accidently)
¼ Cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 Large Egg
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese

➞ Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
2. Using a Whoopie Pie Pan (or muffin tin), evenly distribute mixture.
3. Bake at 375°F for 20mins.
4. Pull out of the oven and flip each hash brown over and bake for another 10mins.
5. Let cool for a few mins (they will be hot!) and serve!

101 Cals
7g Fat
8g Protein
1g Net Carbs (Total 2g)
