➞ Ingredients (makes 10-12):

▽ Dry:
1.5 Cups Almond Flour/Meal (150g)
⅓ Cup Psyllium Husk Powder (40g)
½ Cup Coconut Flour (60g)
½ Cup Flaxmeal (75g)
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt (Sea or Pink Himalayan)
5 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Optional: 2 Tbsp Erythritol (I didn’t use)

▽ Wet:
2 Large Eggs
6 Large Egg Whites (I used ¾ Cup Liquid Egg Whites)
2 Cups Water (I used the Boiling/Method 1)

➞ Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix all dry ingredients except sesame seeds in a large bowl. *Ensure you are using a scale to measure the ingredients carefully.
3. Add eggs and egg whites and mix well using a mixer (I just mixed with a spoon) – Dough should be thick.
4. Add boiling water and mix until well combined.
5. Spoon mixture onto pan to form buns. They will grow, so leave enough room around each.
6. Top each bun with sesame seeds and press them into each bun to ensure they bake into them.
7. Bake for 45 mins.
8. Remove from oven and let cool in pan and then move to a cooling rack.

Store at room temperature for a few days or freeze for future use.
