➞ Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
2 Cups Almond Milk
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Xanthan Gum
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (Mine was 33g)
3-4 cubes Ice
⅓ oz. 85% Chocolate
Stevia to Taste
1. Add all ingredients except chocolate to a blender and mix well.
2. Add more water/liquid if it’s too thick.
3. Add chocolate (I broke mine up a bit) and blend it for a few seconds.
**Next time I would use less almond milk, add heavy cream, less xanthan gum and/or ice and less protein powder.**
