➞ Ingredients [makes 1 serving):
⅓ Cup Creamed Coconut Milk or Heavy Whipping Cream (I used HWC)
½ Cup Water or Almond Milk (I used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
½ Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (I used 70g)
1 Tbsp MCT Oil or Coconut Oil (Note: Coconut Oil may solidify once added to mixture – I used MCT Oil)
½ Cup Ice (I used some ice but wouldn’t add it again since it made the smoothie very thick and the frozen berries should do the trick to cool everything down anyways)

Optional:
Stevia to taste
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼-½ Cup Water (if you used Ice and depending on the consistency you are looking for)

➞ Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and puree until smooth.
2. Taste and add sweetener and add more liquid (water) if required to desired consistency.
3. Serve!

======
➞ Totals (per 1 serving):
395 Cals
42.5g Fat
2.6g Protein
5.5g Net Carbs (Total: 8.5g – Fiber: 3g) **Not including sweetener
