➞ Ingredients (makes 1 serving/bun):
0.75 oz (22g) Plain Pork Rinds
1 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Large Egg – beaten
1 Tbsp Heavy Cream
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp SF Maple Syrup (I used a homemade one that I made here ➞➞ )

➞ Directions:
1. Measure out pork rinds in a food processor and grind until ground into small pieces (like a flour).
2. Move to a small bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Use an egg mold of sorts and divide batter into 2 and cook the mixture in the egg mold for a few mins on each side on medium heat.
4. Once you have both buns (top/bottom) cooked, you can add whatever you would like inside to make it your own! (I used back bacon, an egg and cheddar cheese)
