Cream Cheese Pancakes (Low Carb & Keto)

Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
2 oz (4Tbsp) Cream Cheese
1 Packet Truvia
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Blend all ingredidents together. Preheat griddle or pan on Med-High heat. Spay with non stick spray. Pour batter in small pancakes. Cook for 2-3 mins and check/flip. Cook for another 1-2 mins until golden brown.
