➞ Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
½ Cup Coconut Milk (Canned/Full Fat)
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Peppermint Extract (Mint is also fine)
½ Avocado (I used 50g)
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
1 Tbsp Dark SF Chocolate Chips
Stevia to Taste

➞ Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender (full size or single serve that can hold the above amount of liquid).
2. Blend well for 30 secs or so.
3. Taste and see if you need to adjust anything (ie. if too thick, add more liquid of choice/ if too bitter, add more sweetener, etc)
4. Serve!

415 Cals
36.8g Fat
7g Protein
7g Net Carbs (Total Carbs: 14.3g – Fiber: 7.3g) *not including sweetener
