➞ Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
2 Cups Almond Flour
3 Tbsps (cold) Butter – diced
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Cheese – shredded (divided)
¼-½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
½-1 tsp Pepper (or to taste)
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ Cup Heavy Cream
Optional: 1 Tbsp Butter, melted (I included this in the nutrition info)

➞ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, add almond flour, butter, egg, ½ cup of the cheese, salt, pepper and baking powder.
3. Using a pastry/dough cutter, cut ingredients together until dough is crumbly.
4. Stir in the remaining ½ cup of cheese and the heavy cream until a dough forms.
5. Divide dough into 12 balls and place evenly onto prepared cookie sheet. (No need to flatten)
6. Bake for approx. 18-20 mins, or until lightly golden.
7. Remove from oven and lightly brush tops with melted butter.
8. Let cool for approx. 5 mins as they may be crumbly/fragile.
