➞ Ingredients (makes 3 servings/cups for me):
2 (14oz) Cans Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Full Fat)
¾ Cup Sweetener (I used Erythritol)
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional: Stevia Drops, to taste

➞ Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except optional stevia drops to a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Once boiling, reduce heat to low-medium and simmer while whisking frequently for about 45mins (it should reduce by almost half)
3. Taste for sweetness and add stevia drops if needed.
4. Cool before using in cookie bars (next video will be for the cookie bars on the source url)
