Cloud Bread… Nailed it!

2 Large Eggs (separated)
2 oz (60g) Cream Cheese
1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar

Preheat oven to 300°F. Separate Egg Yolks and Whites. Mix the Cream Cheese into Egg Yolks and set aside. In a separate bowl with the Egg Whites, add the Cream of Tartar and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Carefully fold the Egg Yolk mixture into the Egg Whites. Prepare a cookie sheet with tin foil and cooking spray. Spoon mixture into 6 ‘blobs’ and try and even out as much as possible. Bake for 30mins or until golden brown.
