➞ Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

1 lb Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
3 Green Onions (sliced)
14 oz Coleslaw Mix
Salt and Pepper to taste

▽ Sauce
¼ tsp White Sugar (or sweetener)
½ tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Hot sauce (or chili paste)

➞ Directions:
1. Brown beef in a large skillet and season with salt and pepper.
2. While beef is cooking, combine sauce ingredients (sweetener, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, and hot sauce) in a small bowl.
3. Drain beef and remove from pan and set aside.
4. Heat sesame oil and saute garlic, onions, and cabbage until cabbage is cooked under desired tenderness (I cooked mine for approx.10ish mins)
5. Stir in sauce and add ground beef. Combine well.
