Keto chocolate mousse

2 oz (60g) Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp Truvia
2 oz (60g) Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 oz (90ml) Heavy Cream

Cream Butter and Truvia together. Mix in Cream Cheese and then blend in the Cocoa Powder. Set Aside. In another bowl, blend Heavy Cream alone until you have stiff peaks. Slowly add whipping cream into the Chocolate mixture and blend.
