➞ Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

▽ Spicy Avocado Sauce
2 Ripe Avocados, seed/core removed and cubed (I used 200g)
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced (I used 1 tsp)
Juice from 1 Lemon
1 Jalapeno, stem and seeds removed
¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro (I used 11g)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Ground Chipotle Pepper

3 Tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Cup Water
Salt and Pepper to taste

▽ Other, not included in nutrition info below:
Grilled Chicken Breast (Mine are approx. 80g each)
Zucchini ‘Zoodles’ (I used 150g Raw per serving)

➞ Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients before the Olive Oil in a blender/food processor or with a hand mixer.
2. Slowly add Olive Oil and then Water (and salt and pepper), to your desired consistency.
3. Serve over Zoodles and Chicken!
