▽ Ingredients (makes 8):
1 box Sugar Free Jello
2 Cups Boiling Water
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Heavy Cream
Sweetener to taste (optional)

1. Pour Jello mix into large bowl.
2. Add boiling water and whisk vigorously for 2mins until combined.
3. Add in sour cream and once again, mix vigorously until whell incorporated.
4. Add in heavy cream and whisk more and more.
5. Distribute evenly into 4 or 8 (or more or less) servings (containers)
6. Chill in fridge until set (4+ hrs – check to see if set or not)
