Peanut Butter Cups – Keto-Style Fat Bombs FTW

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp Peanut Butter – 60g
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil – 60g
1.5 Tbsp Cream Cheese – 22g
1 Tbsp Sugar Free Syrup – 15ml/g
3 Squares Dark Chocolate – I used 85% Lindt
1 tsp Cocoa Powder – 5g
2 Packets or 1.5 tsp or 6g of Truvia

Mix all ingredients together in a microwavable dish. Heat in microwave in 30 sec intervals – ensuring the mixture is stirred between each interval. Should take about 45secs to 1.5 mins, depending on your microwave. Pour or spoon melted mixture into mini cupcake liners or other molds. Using mini cupcake molds, the reciped yielded 12.
