Ingredients (makes 16):

8oz Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 to 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup (I used 2)
Stevia to taste (I used 1 packet of Truvia)
1/4 Cup Ground Hazelnuts

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients, except sweetener and ground hazelnuts in a large bowl.
2. Taste mixture and add sweetener if desired.
3. Try rolling mixture into balls, if they aren’t holding shape, stick them in the fridge for 10-15mins and see if they hold shape.
3. Roll into 16 balls and dip each ball into the ground hazelnuts.
4. Chill to harden.
