➞ Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
16 oz Package of Radishes
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
To Taste:
Grated Parmesan Cheese (I tracked 1 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder
Parsley Flakes
Dried Dill
Salt and Pepper

➞ Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. Wash and chop ends off of radishes. Cut each radish in half.
3. Place radishes into the baking dish.
4. Mix melted butter and ranch together and pour over radishes and ensure each is coated well.
5. Sprinkle parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper on top of radishes.
6. Bake at 350°F for 30 mins and then at 400°F for 10-15 mins or until the radishes are tender to your liking.
