➞ Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
2 Large Eggs
1 Slice Cheese
1 Slice Bacon

➞ Directions:
1. In a frying pan, place two egg rings (mason jar lids) down and spray with non stick cooking spray well. Turn stove to medium heat.
2. Crack an egg in each egg ring and use a fork to scramble a bit.
3. Pour water around the rings until water reaches about half way up the ring.
4. Cover pan and cook for about 5 mins or until egg white on top is no longer runny. (Check half way to release some steam and to ensure no big air bubbles have formed in your eggs or else they will be uneven)
5. Once cooked, transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
6. Use a knife or spatula to remove the eggs from their rings.
7. Build your sandwich by using the eggs as your bun/mcmuffin!
