➞ Ingredients (makes ~375Mml):
2 Large Eggs (yolks and whites divided)
1/2 Pint (237ml) Heavy Cream
1/4 Xylitol (Sweetener)
1/4 tsp Stevia Extract
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Dash of Ground Cloves
Dash of Ground Cinnamon

➞ Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add egg yolks and beat with a stand mixer or hand mixer until light in colour.
2. Add in xylitol, stevia, cream, nutmeg, vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon. Beat until well combined.
3. In another medium bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.
4. Whisk the whites into the cream mixture until combined.
5. Chill and serve!
