➞ Ingredients (makes 14 servings):
▽ Cream Cheese balls
8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
4-6 Tbsp Sweetener of choice, to taste (I used Confectioners Swerve)
1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

▽ Coating
1/3 Cup Pecans – finely minced (I used 41g…more than 1/3 because I ran out)
2 Tbsp Sweetener (I used Granular Erythritol) (I also used 3 Tbsp in total because I ran out)
1 tsp Cinnamon (I used 1.5 tsp because I ran out)

➞ Directions:
1. In a stand mixer or medium bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
2. Freeze mixture for approx. 30 mins.
3. In a smaller bowl, mix pecans, sweetener, and cinnamon.
4. Form balls with your cream cheese mixture and place on a parchment/wax paper lined baking sheet.
5. Roll balls in coating and place back on cookie sheet.
6. Place coated balls in freezer for another 20mins or so.
7. Store in fridge.
