➞ Ingredients (makes 8 servings):
170g / 6oz Pre-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
85g / 3oz Cup Almond Flour
1 Large Egg
1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary/Garlic or Other (I used Italian Seasoning) (Optional)
Toppings of your Choice! (I used Mozzarella, Ham, Pepperoni, and Basil) – Note these are not included in my nutrition info.

➞ Directions (I made it a little differently than the source):
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Grab a small/medium microwavable bowl and add shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 min on high.
3. Stir and microwave for another 30secs-1 min.
4. Add in almond flour, egg, salt, seasoning and mix gently until a dough forms.
5. Roll out on some parchment paper until you have your desired thickness.
6. If not already on a baking sheet, transfer/slide your parchment paper to a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 12-15 mins until lightly browned.
8. Remove from oven and add toppings of your choice. (If adding meat, ensure it’s fully cooked).
9. Bake at the same temp (425°F) for another 5ish mins (until cheese is melted)
