➞ Ingredients (makes 25 servings):

▽ Fudge:
1.25 Cups Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup Confectioners Swerve Sweetener
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
6oz Unsweetened Chocolate – finely chopped

▽ German Chocolate Topping:
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Large Egg Yolks
1/2 Cup Swerve Sweetener
1/4 Cup Salted Butter – cut into pieces
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut – shredded
2/3 Cup Toasted Pecans – chopped
1 tsp Coconut Flour

➞ Directions:

▽ Fudge:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine cream and swerve on medium heat. Whisk until mixed and bring to a simmer.
2. Remove pan from heat and add vanilla and chocolate. Let mixture sit for 5 mins which should melt the chocolate.
3. Once chocolate is melted, whisk until well combined.
4. Pour fudge mixture into a 9×9 or 8×8 square pan lined with parchment paper. Spread to edges and refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.

▽ German Chocolate Topping:
1. In a medium saucepan, once again on medium heat, add cream, egg yolks, swerve, and butter. Cook until thickened for about 10 mins. Make sure you keep an eye out so the yolks don’t turn into scrambled eggs!
2. Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla, shredded coconut, and pecans. Add the coconut flour to the top and stir just briefly to combine.
3. Spread topping mixture over chilled fudge and set in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins.
