➞ Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

1 small packet of Sugar Free Jello (any flavour)
4oz Cream Cheese – softened
1 Cup Boiling Water
About 1.5-2 Cups Ice Cubes

➞ Directions:
1. Pour jello packet into a medium bowl and dissolve by adding boiling water. Stir for 3 mins.
2. Add 1.5-2 cups ice cubes and stir into jello mixture for another 3 mins. Remove any un-melted ice.
3. In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add a small amount of jello mixture to your cream cheese (approx. 2 Tbsp) and beat until combined.
5. Add cream cheese mixture to the jello mixture and whip/beat until foamy.
6. Divide blended mixture among 4 dishes and chill until set.
