1/2 Medium Onion Diced
1.1kg / 38.8oz Ground Meat
2 Tablespoons of Italiano Spice (or any herbs of your choice)
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
156g / 156 ml Tomato Paste
1 whole diced Pepper (150g / 5.29oz)
150g / 5.29oz Roma Tomatoes (2 small tomatoes)
750g /26.5oz Ricotta
250g Shredded Cheese
Parmesan Cheese to taste

Net Carbs: 111g (151g total carbs – 40g fiber)
