60 gms vanilla flavoured whey protein. If you are using unflavoured whey then add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and some more sweetener to compensate
20 gms coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon powder
15-20 gms tsp of stevia (depending on how sweet you like. I suggest to add less and taste the batter before you decide to add more. Easy :))
1 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
100 ml unsweetened almond milk
Butter for cooking
Mix everything except almond milk until it forms a thick batter.
Add almond milk and mix vigorously for 2-3 minutes until it forms a nice batter. Make sure there are no lumps.
Heat some butter in a pan and spread around 1/6th of the pancake batter (this batter makes 5-6 pancakes)
Cook on medium heat for roughly 2-3 minutes or until you see the holes forming over the pancake.
Flip it over and cook for 2 more minutes. Your pancake is ready.
Repeat the same process for all pancakes.
Add your choice of toppings or syrup and you are done 🙂
