Ingredients for Zucchini fries:

60 ml olive oil
Salt to taste
3/4 tsp black pepper powder
1.5 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/3 tsp garam masala (optional)
3 medium sized zucchinis cut in french fries styled pieces

Around 100 grams of unflavoured whey protein isolate powder

Oil for deep frying.

Ingredients for Chilli Mayonnaise:

1 tsp dijon mustard
1 large egg at room temperature
salt to taste
juice of 1 medium sized lemon
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp hot cayenne pepper powder (more or less depending on how hot you can handle)
3/4 tsp oregano flakes
190 ml of light olive oil

Instructions for zucchini fries:

Add all spices in 60 ml of olive oil and mix well.
Dip handful of zucchinis in the oil spice mix and give them a good toss. Make sure they are coated with the spiced oil from all sides.
Coat them with whey protein isolate and deep fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Repeat the same process for all zucchini fries.

Note – Make sure to mix the oil very well before diping the zucchinis in the oil marinade. That’s because salt tends to settle down.

Instructions for chilli mayonnaise:

Add everything to your mixing jar and blend it to a smooth paste. Your chilli mayonnaise is ready 🙂
